Magic Academy Terms of Service

This Magic Academy Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made effective as of 11/20/24, by and between Billy The Duck Ltd, trading as Magic Academy ("Academy"), and [Client Name] ("Client").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Academy possesses specialized skills and experience in teaching magic, boosting confidence, and providing a transformative learning experience;

AND WHEREAS, the Client seeks to engage the Academy's services to learn magic and develop skills that will enhance their confidence, charisma, and ability to connect with others;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Academy shall provide comprehensive magic coaching services designed to teach the Client magic tricks and skills. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Access to video tutorials, written materials, and resources.

  • Personalized coaching sessions and live calls with magic mentors.

  • Participation in challenges and assignments designed to build confidence and charisma.

  • Interaction via private groups and messaging platforms for additional guidance.

2. CLIENT COMMITMENTS

The Client agrees to fully participate in the program and adhere to the following commitments:

a. Complete all assigned tutorials and challenges within the specified timeframes.

b. Actively participate in live coaching calls or watch recorded sessions if unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts.

c. Notify the Academy via the private support chat if additional guidance or resources are needed.

d. Maintain active engagement in the program for a minimum of 90 days to achieve results.

e. Complete at least 80% of the assigned exercises to be eligible for refunds or guarantees.

3. DELIVERABLES OF THE ACADEMY

The Academy commits to providing the following:

a. High-quality educational materials, including video lessons, written instructions, and guided exercises.

b. Regular live coaching calls to provide feedback, answer questions, and foster a sense of community.

c. Personalized feedback and tailored guidance through one-on-one or group communication channels.

d. Opportunities for participation in magic challenges and the chance to win prizes.

4. REFUND POLICY

The Client is eligible for a 100% refund if they do not feel they have gained value from the program, provided they have:

a. Completed at least 80% of the assigned tutorials, challenges, and program content.

b. Requested feedback and communicated their concerns within 45 days of joining the program.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]m.

5. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be processed in accordance with Section 4.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
